1. More precise capping torque

Servo capping with more accurate torque.

Adjust the capping torque via touch screen (torque range 1 ~ 3.5NM);

In the process of capping, the servo motor can control the capping curve movement in sections, and at the same time can ensure smooth segmentation process, and realize the digital capping torque control, which is completely superior to the traditional clutch torque control.

2. Connect to the filling machine on site synchronously

The SRU-12 servo capping machine can realize synchronous connection with the filling machine. If the filling machine stops, the capping machine will stop. So does the acceleration.

3. Bottle-feeding by screw rod and quick-change templates

It uses screw rod for bottle separation, with tool-free quick-release design; no bottle, no cap, automatic alarm and shutdown;

The templates are made of polymer polyethylene(PE), fully fitted to the bottle shape with smooth surface. It can not only stabilize the positioning, prevent the bottle from being scratched.

Changeover time required: 15min for 2 workers

4. Unqualified products rejection

After capping, there is a dual-conveyor with sensors; The qualified products are normally transported, and the unqualified ones (no cap, no inner tube, tilted cap-higher than normal 2mm) will be automatically split to another conveyor by swing cylinder.
