Capping process
1. Bottle-feeding by copying screw
2. Cap-feeding by servo motor or blower cap-sending chain
3. Cap sorting by double-centrifugal unscrambler
4. Cap-dividing customized by the cap shape to provide caps for the capping head
5. Capping part in the middle, with templates stabilizing the positioning, preventing the bottle from being scratched; and allowing quick changeover.
6. Unqualified products rejecting after capping
