The filling machine is suitable for various filling materials and high-foam products can be dived to the bottom of the bottle for filling.

Main electrical components

This filling machine consists of four main parts: bottle conveyor + filling measurement + COP (clean out of place) + electrical control. It uses piston-type volume measurement and PLC servo precision drive.

The filling nozzle is designed for the characteristics of cosmetic products and adopts an advanced non-drip anti-drawing structure design. Each filling nozzle is internally sealed by a long and thin sealing rod, and the sealing rod is internally sealed by the air cylinder. Quick snap-in connection is for easy daily maintenance operations such as cleaning.

Huituo filling machine adopts advanced filling mouth anti-collision self-protection function. Once the filling nozzle is incorrectly inserted into the bottle, or when it collides with other objects, the filling nozzle can be automatically disengaged from the mounting seat, and the entire filling nozzle will stop falling or rise rapidly to avoid damage or injury to the filling nozzle.
