Bottle-feeding by screw

The bottle-in screw is processed by contour design, with precise and fast bottle feeding, no damage to bottle.

Capping head

wheel design, make non-relative motion between wheels and caps; high-precious torque control system, a stable and reasonable torque value

Tube fixing by cylinder

The capping head takes caps, while the tube-fixing cylinder is stuck on the upper end of the tube near the piston where the cap is straight here. With the capping head lifting, the tube is straightened and run to 5-10mm above the bottle mouth, to make sure the tube is inserted into bottle correctly.

Tool-free changeover

For different specifications of products, it adopts quick-release design, including the bottle-in star wheel, bottle-out star wheel, bottle-taking star wheel, bottle in-and-out guide plate, and outer retaining ring. The templates are color-coded to distinguish between different specifications.

Rejecting of unqualified product

A double-conveyor belt structure with an intelligent detection sensor at the exit. The qualified bottles are normally conveyed, and the unqualified (no inner tube and no cap) bottles are automatically diverted to another conveyor belt by using a swing cylinder. When bottle block appears, the capping machine will automatically stop and it will start again when the problem solved.
