LIYI Internal Forced Short Circuit Tester

Professional battery testing equipment designed to simulate forced short circuit conditions under controlled environmental parameters. Compliant with JIS C 8714:2007 and IEC62133 standards.

Testing Methodology

The tester applies pressure to battery nickel pieces at 0.1mm/s while collecting voltage changes at 100 samples per second. Pressure holds for 30 seconds when voltage decreases by more than 50mV or reaches predetermined limits (800N for cylindrical, 400N for square batteries).
