The LIYI Battery Combustion Tester is a specialized flame resistance test chamber designed specifically for evaluating the safety performance of lithium batteries and battery packs under extreme thermal conditions.
Product Testing Method
The testing procedure involves drilling a 102mm diameter hole in the experimental platform, placing a steel wire mesh over the opening, positioning the test battery on the mesh screen, and surrounding the sample with an octagonal steel wire mesh enclosure. A burner is then ignited to heat the sample until either battery explosion or complete combustion occurs, with precise timing of the entire combustion process.
