Rice Color Sorter Features:
1. Chromaticity Perception Technology
VNIR multi-spectral deep fusion perception technology enables intelligent perception of the same color, and accurate identification of highly subtle differences between yellow rice and chalky rice.
2. Hawk-eye Recognition
The combination of Hawk-eye recognition technology with cloud image high-speed capture and processing technology can precisely recognize tiny spot or light-yellow spot on rice and some other impurities that normal CCD color sorter cannot recognize. It can also reject and separate yellow rice and chalky rice, light yellow rice and dark yellow rice, yellow rice and black rice. Furthermore, it can easily work on full chalky rice, side chalky rice or middle chalky rice, and reject paddies with precise classification and optimized carryover ratio.
3. Smart Quality Inspection
Online, automatic, digital and intelligent quality management is realized through online inspection to raw materials, finished products and wastes, as well as real time uploading the data to control system with various mobile terminals.
