color sorter work principle:
Color sorter uses Hawkeye camera sensor for color sorting and grading by different color, shape and size of raw material.
Color sorting machine can be applied in field of rice, grain, nut, bean, plastic, ore sorting,grading and removal of impurity. Color sorer is also named as optical sorter, color sorting machine, spectrum sorting machine and color separation machine.
Its work principle is according to the difference of material's colors to separate them respectively,to upgrade the quality of the material. For example,it can sort out the worm-eaten grain,it can separate yellow plastic particles from mix plastics in a variety of colors, get rid of the bad rice,and so forth.
