Working principle of a color sorter:

Color sorter is a machine that uses optoelectronic detecting technology to sort out abnormal particles from normal particles automatically based on the differences of materials in their optical properties.

Principle: After entering the machine from the top feeding hopper, materials slide down along sliding plates by the vibration of vibrators and are then accelerated and conveyed by the belt conveyor into the watching room of the sorting area. At last, the materials pass through the space between sensors and background plates.
