1. Intelligent Shape Sorting
Newly upgraded Hawk-eye technology can accurately recognize subtle shape differences to easily classify different materials by size, length, thickness, etc., creating a new era of shape sorting, yellow rice and broken rice separating, chalky rice and broken rice separating, supreme rice and hybrid rice separating. It can also sort yellow rice, chalky rice and broken rice and separate then.
2. Intelligent Self-Cleaning System
The combination of intelligent self-cleaning system with 360-degree stereo suction design realizes super cleaning performance and reduces cleaning frequency. It can constantly monitor and alarm for hardly detectable foreign matters and the ventilation system to ensure easier cleaning and better sorting performance.
3. Hawk-eye Recognition
The combination of Hawk-eye recognition technology with cloud image high-speed capture and processing technology can precisely recognize tiny spot or light-yellow spot on rice and some other impurities that normal CCD color sorter cannot recognize. It can also reject and separate yellow rice and chalky rice, light yellow rice and dark yellow rice, yellow rice and black rice. Furthermore, it can easily work on full chalky rice, side chalky rice or middle chalky rice, and reject paddies with precise classification and optimized carryover ratio.
