RTM1300F HOT-MELT GLUE STICKING MACHINE is specially developed for customers,it’s a new special-purpose equipment.It consists of nine standalone unit and a PUR glue supply.The unit for the manufacturer required to laminate various substrate.Including wood design on face of three layer sandwich composite panels,and cellular core plate, other board etc.The production process can be divided into dedusting, gluing, manual assembly, automatic veneering, pressing, and discharging.It through automatic veneering to replace previous pure manual cover or simple tooling machine cover,which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and the cost of production.After veneering,the sheet is both beautiful and vivid,it is a revolution for furniture plate (plate)in industry.
