Working Principle

1. Sheet model:

The plate is manually fed from the front section of 1#Dust cleaning conveyor, and then glued through 2#Anilox roll Gluing machine working together with 6# Glue machine, and then transported to 3# Automatic laminating machine Stop by the front pneumatic stop column, and then the suction cup absorbs the sheet material and align with the bottom plate then transported to 4# Press Machine. After being pressed by 4# Press Machine , the finished plate is output by the 5# Automatic cutting machine (only for conveying the plate).

2. Film continue mode:

The plate is manually fed from the front section of 1#Dust cleaning conveyor, and then glued through 2#Anilox roll Gluing machine working together with 6# Glue machine, and then transported to 3# Automatic laminating machine (only for conveying plate). Then transported to 4# Press Machine , and then the equipment is started to continue conveying the bottom plate; the film is tightly bonded with the bottom plate through the pressing roll pressing of 4# Press Machine. When the bottom plate is transported to the 5# Automatic Cutting Machine, and the plate head is captured by the photoelectric eye of plate length measurement, the automatic cutting mechanism is started, and the cutting knife automatically cuts off the roll film, and then the finished plate is output.
