2. Instructions for each subsection part

(1) First conveyor Part:designed for conveying the unclosed boxes. The exterior dimension is ,24 stainless steel rollers convey boxes, the boxes can be conveyed sequentially and continuously.

(2) Second Spraying & Packing Part:designed for conveying packing boxes and spraying glue. Spraying and packing the front end, side end, back end. 33 stainless steel rollers convey boxes, the boxes can be conveyed sequentially and continuously. The machine will stop and the front-end and side baffle movements accurate positioning of the boxes. when the shutdown photoelectric head catches the boxes.

At the same time, the front and side spraying heads start to move and spray glue on the front and side of the boxes, then when the spray head is finished, pneumatic cylinder drives pressure sticker down, complete the sealing action, then the machine starts and continues to move the boxes forward. When the photoelectric head to capture the package, machine reversal and shutdown, back baffle rises, put the packing boxes in place, at the same time, the spray head of the back end starts to move and sprays glue on the back end of the packing boxes. Then when the spray head is finished, pneumatic cylinder drives pressure sticker down, complete the back-end closure action. (3) Third Outlet Part: designed for conveying the finished packaging boxes, 15 stainless steel rollers convey boxes, the boxes can be conveyed sequentially and continuously.
