A4 Size HICO/LOCO PVC coated overlay with magnetic strip for professional plastic card manufacturing.
Product Introduction
PVC coated overlay with magnetic stripes (MCO-MS) features standard magnetic stripe technology using high-quality magnetic stripes from LUCKY China. This material can be directly laminated with printing sheets in card laminators before being punched into standard magnetic cards. It offers high adhesion, no color change or deformation, and long aging life after lamination.

Application Process
Magnetic Stripe PVC Film can be directly laminated with PVC printing sheets, simplifying the fabrication process and saving time.
Card Manufacturing Steps
- Place printing core and two overlays together, then insert into the laminator (ensure all glue sides of both PVC sheets and overlays face inward)
- Lamination process: 10-15 minutes at 6-8Mpa, 125-140℃
- Cutting to final card dimensions

Packaged in standard export cartons and secured on plywood pallets for safe transportation.
