CCL Cushion Pad is a high-rigidity red buffer material specially designed for copper clad laminate (CCL) lamination processes. Serving as a perfect replacement for traditional hot press kraft paper, it effectively upgrades dimensional accuracy and production stability. This premium cushion pad reduces the industry standard dimensional tolerance from ±300ppm to ±250ppm, delivering outstanding lamination performance and ultra-high stability.
Widely known as CCL lamination cushion pad, hot press buffer mat and CCL buffering pad, it is an essential consumable for CCL hot pressing.
