Cost-effective PVC sheet solution for standard card production with 0.15mm+0.46mm+0.15mm thickness configuration
Product Overview
The MNI-3 White Dragon PVC Non-Laminating Inkjet Sheet provides an economical material solution for standard card manufacturing. Each set includes three sheets: two transparent printing sheets (Sheet A) and one middle white core sheet (Sheet B), designed for efficient inkjet printing and thermal lamination processes.

  • Non-laminating design for simplified card production workflow
  • Three-sheet configuration: 2 transparent + 1 white core
  • Optimized for inkjet printing with mirror printing capability
  • Thermal lamination compatible (150℃-180℃ temperature range)
  • Standard 200mm x 300mm sheet dimensions
Production Procedure
  1. Print images on both transparent sheets using inkjet printer with mirror printing enabled
  2. Allow ink to dry completely (approximately 5-10 minutes)
  3. Remove protection films from middle core sheet and position printed sheets on both sides
  4. Process through rolling laminator at 150℃-180℃ temperature setting
  5. Cut laminated sheet into standard card size and remove surface protection film
