Production Procedure
- Print images on both Sheet A layers using inkjet printer (select "mirror printing" option)
- Allow ink to dry completely (approximately 5-10 minutes)
- Remove protection films from middle core sheet and position printed sheets on both sides
- Process through rolling laminator at 150℃-180℃ temperature
- Cut laminated sheet into standard card size and remove surface protection film
