2. Scouring/Pickling: Remove iron oxide from hot rolled strip surface
3. Cold Rolling: Multiple passes to achieve required size and surface quality
4. Heat Treatment: Annealing to achieve desired properties
5. Finishing: Leveling, shearing and packaging of annealed strip steel coil
6. Flattening and Film Application: Release #430 stainless steel sheet coil, flatten, cut to size, and apply protective film
7. Tailor Cutting: Precision cutting according to customer specifications
8. Visual Inspection: Comprehensive quality check of dimensions, thickness and surface quality
9. Packaging and Labeling: Fumigation-free wooden cases with soft cushion protection for safe transportation

Products are packaged in strong plywood cases with proper soft protection material inside, suitable for long distance sea or air transport.
