Manufacturing Process
Simplified card fabrication process:
- Place printing core between two overlays with glue sides facing inward
- Insert into laminator at 120-140°C temperature
- Apply 6-8 MPa pressure for 10-15 minutes
- Cut finished cards to required dimensions

- Standard packaging: 100/200 sheets per bag
- Export carton or plywood pallet for shipping
- Storage requirements: Sealed, moisture-proof, below 40°C
- Store horizontally, avoid heavy pressure and direct sunlight
