White PVC Dragon Sheet is a specialized non-lamination inkjet material designed for efficient PVC card production. This innovative solution enables fast ink drying, accurate color reproduction, and eliminates the need for traditional lamination processes.

Each set includes three specialized PVC sheets:

• Sheet A (2x): Transparent inkjet printing sheets (0.15mm thickness)
• Sheet B (1x): White PVC core sheet (0.46mm thickness)

1. Print images on both Sheet A using inkjet printer with mirror printing
2. Allow ink to dry completely (5-10 minutes)
3. Remove protection films from core sheet and assemble printed sheets
4. Process through rolling laminator (150℃-180℃)
5. Cut laminated sheet into standard cards and remove surface protection film
