Production Process

Print images on both Material A sheets using mirror printing
Allow ink to dry completely (5-10 minutes)
Remove protection films from core sheet
Place printed sheets on both sides of core sheet
Process through rolling laminator (150°C-180°C)
Cut laminated sheet into standard card size
Remove final protection film
