This non-laminated inkjet PVC sheet set provides an economical solution for small-batch ID card production. Each set includes 2 printable transparent sheets and 1 middle core sheet for creating professional PVC cards with standard office equipment.

Production Process

Simple 3-Step Card Manufacturing

Print images on both transparent sheets using mirror printing mode
Allow ink to dry completely (5-10 minutes)
Remove protection films and laminate sheets at 150°C-180°C
Cut laminated sheet into standard card size and remove surface film
