Manufacturing Process
- Position printing core between two overlays with glue sides facing inward
- Load into laminator at specified temperature and pressure settings
- Complete lamination cycle (10-15 minutes at 120-140°C)
- Cut finished laminated sheets into individual cards
Packaging & Storage
Available in 100 or 200 sheets per bag, with standard export carton and plywood pallet packaging. Store sealed in moisture-proof conditions at room temperature below 40°C, kept horizontally away from direct sunlight and heavy pressure.
