Manufacturing Process
Card Production Steps:
- Assemble printing core with two overlays, ensuring all adhesive sides face inward
- Load into laminator following machine-specific temperature guidelines
- Lamination cycle: 10-15 minutes at 6-8Mpa pressure and 120-140°C temperature
- Final card cutting and finishing
