0.04mm PVC Card A4 A3 Size Magnetic Stripe Coated Overlay Film is applied with standard magnetic stripe. It applies the high-quality magnetic stripe made by LUCKY China . It can be directly laminated with the printing sheets in the card laminator before punched into standard magnetic card. It features high adhesion , no color change and deformation with long aging life after the process of lamination .
Procedure to produce cards:
1. Put PVC printing core and two overlays together , then put into the laminator . ( the laminating temperature and time is determined as per the instruction of the machine ) . Please be noticed that all glue sides of both PVC sheets and Overlays are put inward .
2. Tlamination lasts 10-15 minutes . The pressure is 6-8Mpa. The temperature is 120-140°C.
3. Cutting the card.
