Production Procedure
- Print images on both Material A sheets using mirror printing mode
- Allow ink to dry completely (5-10 minutes)
- Remove protective films from middle core sheet (Material B)
- Place printed sheets on both sides of core sheet
- Process through rolling laminator at 150°C-180°C
- Cut laminated sheet into standard card dimensions
- Remove final protective film from card surface
