Production Process
Required Equipment
- Inkjet printer (Epson or Canon)
- Heat laminator
- Card cutter/trimmer
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Print images on both Material A sheets using "mirror printing" mode
2. Allow ink to dry completely (5-10 minutes)
3. Remove protection films from Material B core sheet
4. Place printed sheets on both sides of core sheet
5. Laminate at 150°C-180°C using rolling laminator
6. Cut laminated sheet into standard card sizes
7. Remove final protection film from card surface
Storage & Handling: Keep sheets away from water and moisture. Store horizontally and avoid direct sunlight. Do not open bags before use to prevent air exposure.
