Manufacturing Process
Card Production Steps:
- Position printing core between two overlay films with adhesive sides facing inward
- Load into laminator at specified temperature (120-140℃)
- Lamination duration: 10-15 minutes at 6-8Mpa pressure
- Final card cutting and finishing
Storage & Handling
Store sealed in moisture-proof packaging at room temperature below 40℃. Keep horizontally, avoid heavy pressing and direct sunlight. Optimal storage temperature range: -10℃ to 35℃.
