PVC Coated Overlay MCO-W model is suitable for laminating with most PVC sheets printed by various printers. It features high adhesion, no color change and deformation.
It is applicable to almost all sheets printed by various ink. It features excellent peeling strength and long aging time.

2). Normal thickness: 0.04,0.05,0.06,0.08,0.10mm
3). Color: transparent with one-side glue coating.
4). Package method: by reel or 500 sheets per bag/4-8 bags per paper carton, or as per customer requirements. All the cartons are firmly piled up and fixed on the solid plywood pallet.
5). Storage condition: Sealed, moisture-proof, room temperature under 40℃, Keep it horizontally, avoid heavy pressing and direct sunlight.

B.Manufacture Method
1). Put printing core and two overlay together, then put into the laminator, the temperature is determined as per the instruction of the machine , Pls be noticed that all glue sides of both pvc sheets and overlay are put inward.
2). The lamination usually lasts 10-15minutes ,The pressure is 6-8Mpa, The temperature is 120-140°C
