Induced draft fans for PetroChina's 2.4 million tons/year delayed coking unit
For the odor treatment project of the storage tank of PetroChina's 2.4 million tons/year delayed coking unit, 7 sets of induced draft fans were customized in our company, with a wind pressure of 11000Pa, equipped with a 37 kW Jiamusi variable frequency explosion-proof motor, and a zero leakage special process to prevent gas escape.
Product features
1. It can output high pressure and is suitable for any industrial occasion where high pressure & normal temperature gas is required.
2. The energy transfer efficiency is high, the energy of the motor is directly applied to the impeller, and there is no energy consumption during the transfer.
3. The motor uses high-efficiency and energy-saving motors from China's leading motor manufacturers (and can also install branded motors required by users), with reliable quality and lower energy consumption.
4. It is made of high quality carbon steel, stainless steel or other metal materials are available upon request.
5. The impeller is subjected to a high standard of dynamic balance correction to ensure stable operation of the fan.
6.After the completion of production, after running test and vibration value detection, the operation is reliable.
