Alumina Calcining Furnace Equipped with High-Efficiency Centrifugal Fan
Specifically designed for Gas Suspension Calciner (GSC) or rotary kiln systems in alumina production, this fan provides stable and controllable high-temperature gas flow (air or flue gas) for the calcination of aluminium hydroxide, phase transformation, and efficient waste heat recovery. Operating continuously in a complex environment characterized by high temperatures (inlet temperatures up to 350-550°C), high dust concentration (containing fine alumina powder), and potential alkali corrosion, its performance directly determines the quality of the calcined product, the system's thermal efficiency, and operational energy consumption.
Features
The rearward-curved blades are highly efficient and energy-saving, do not easily accumulate dust, are wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and leak-free. The casing and air inlet adopt a reasonable split design, which facilitates fan maintenance.
