Introduction
The 5-12 series centrifugal fan is an enhanced version of the 5-11 series medium pressure centrifugal fan.
Such as conveying high temperature/harmful/dangerous gas, hard particles, powder, debris, fiber, forced ventilation, industrial dust collectors, air filtration systems, flue gas desulfurization, flue gas denitration, industrial boiler forced draft and induced draft fan, the material conveying of the various back kiln & calcining kiln, the induced draft of the smelting furnace and the casting furnace, combustion of blast furnace, coal injection of blast furnace, pressurized transportation of gas, etc.
Detail introduction
A device for regulating the flow of the fan, axially mounted in front of the air inlet. The adjustment range is from 0° (full open) to 90°(fully closed).The converging and streamlined air inlet is made into a unitary structure and bolted to the inlet side of the fan.
By ultrasonic flaw detection for the impeller welding line and main shaft, ensure that there are no weld defects and material defects to ensure strength.

Product Features
