360 ROTATION: This caster features a top swivel plate that rotates 360° making our casters easy to move in any direction when necessary without much resistance.
TOP LOCK BRAKE: When engaged, this brake will apply pressure to the top of the wheel, which creates friction and keeps the wheel stationary.
