About us

"High quality and excellent customer service first, realistic development, striving for excellence" has always been the business philosophy of Wuxi Yongjie Machinery Casting Co., Ltd. (Yongjie).

Founded in 1998, premises now cover an area of 26,000 square meters with a production area of 20,000 square meters, with ample room for expansion of production facilities.

The company has developed a strong technical force, with an existing team of fifteen professional casting engineers and technical management (10 personnel achieving high levels of college education).

Yongjie specializes in producing wear-resistant casting. The company's main products are: precision casting of various types of valves, pumps, impeller and construction machinery parts. All types of EPC liner, mixing blades, grate, plate and other wear-resistant, heat-resistant castings. The high product quality, reliability of materials and stable performance are praised by many national and international customers.

The company in 2011 passed the ISO9001: 2008 quality system certification.

To meet the needs of additional overseas customers the company increased the original production line casting in 2009. A further successful EPC production line was also commenced at the end of 2010 which has resulted in an annual output of 10,000 tons of production capacity.

Our production facility is equipped with advanced production testing equipment and an automatic casting machine imported from Japan that has reduced the labor intensity for workers. A direct reading spectrometer to ensure the quality of the products imported from Germany ensures the quality of the products meets requirements.

These improvements in our capacity has enabled us to provide high quality service to customers in China, Spain, Australia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Pakistan, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and so on.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in standard wooden box. If you have any special request just free to let us know.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?

1. Terms of payment for tooling: T/T 60% with the tooling order, the balance to be paid upon the samples' approval.

2. Term of Payment for Samples: T/T 100% with the order, the samples cost will be quoted when clients require.

3. Term of Payment for Batch Shipment: T/T 30% with the order, the balance to be paid before the delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.or as customer's requirements.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
