Indication:

The linear cutting stapler is used in abdominal surgery, thoracic surgery, gynecology and pediatric surgery. Generally, the stapler is used for resection and transection of organs or tissues.

This type of linear cutting stapler is available in sizes ranging from 55 mm to 100mm (effective length of the anastomosis and transection). Two staples’ heights are available for each size of the stapler, which facilitate anastomosing of thick and thin tissues.

The linear cutting stapler is loaded with two double staggered rows of titanium staples and simultaneously cuts and divides tissue between the two double rows.

The stapler can be easily operated by complete squeeze of the handles followed by shifting of side knob forth and back. Built-in cam, distance pin and precise closing mechanism co-work to facilitate parallel jaws closing followed by proper staples formation. The effective length of anastomosis and transection is defined by the size of selected stapler.

Appropriate cartridges that can be used with linear cutting staplers ensure single patient use of the product.
