The QUHS45S or QUHS36S endoscopic ultrasonic shear is a surgical instrument for hemostatic cutting and coagulation of soft tissue using. It uses mechanical energy instead of electric current to cut and cauterize tissue. It works together with generator , handpiece, and/or footswitch.

It's mainly used in different surgeries:

Urology: Resection of carcinoma adrenal
