This fully integrated production system combines jar washing, filling, and capping operations into a single automated line with a capacity of 120 bottles per hour.
Operating Principle
The system features manual loading of empty jars onto holders, followed by automated three-stage washing (disinfectant, recycled water, and pure water), gravity-based transfer to filling stations, and precision capping with automatic cap sorting.
