This industrial-grade bottle washing machine is specifically designed for cleaning recycled 3-5 gallon barrels in water filling production lines. It effectively removes impurities, sediment, and algae while featuring an integrated decapping mechanism and transparent inspection window for quality control.
Operating Principle
- Operator places used barrels on right-side decapper position with neck inserted into designated hole
- Foot pedal activates cap removal mechanism
- Barrels are transferred to left-side washing position
- Inspection window closure initiates automatic washing cycle
- Internal brushes clean barrels during pre-set timing cycle
- Optional heating function available based on customer requirements
