1. Empty bottles enter washing and disinfection stations via chain and bottle holder system. When bottles reach positioning sensors, the drive motor stops and rinse pumps activate for programmed cleaning cycles.
2. Cleaned bottles transfer to filling position where nozzles align with bottle openings. Filling pumps activate for user-adjustable fill times.
3. After filling completion, PLC signals close solenoid valves. Filled bottles advance to capping area where cylinders drive capping devices to secure lids, completing the automated cycle.
