Operational Process
Rinsing System
The five-stage rinsing process ensures thorough cleaning:
- Station 1: Chlorine dioxide disinfection (12 seconds)
- Station 2: Secondary cleaning (12 seconds)
- Station 3: Tertiary cleaning (12 seconds)
- Station 4: Pure water rinse (adjustable timing)
- Station 5: Residual moisture drying
Filling System
Chain conveyor transports cleaned barrels to filling position where automatic bucket mechanism aligns containers. Filling valves engage with adjustable timing based on pump flow rate for precise volume control.
Capping System
After filling completion, barrels move to capping station where pneumatic cylinders automatically apply and secure caps, completing the production cycle.
