2000BPH Monoblock Spring Bucket Filling Machine
This automated 2000 bottles per hour mineral water filling system is specifically designed for 3 & 5 gallon drinking water production lines. The QGF series effectively removes mineralization precipitate while providing comprehensive washing of barrel exteriors, interiors, and bottoms to enhance cleaning results and reduce manual labor contamination.
Key Machine Components
De-capping Machine: Professional equipment for 5 gallon water filling lines, especially for recycled barrels. Features stainless steel construction with AIRTAC pneumatic components.
External Barrel Brushing Machine: Eliminates sediment and algae from mineral water production. Brushes bottom, outside, and inside surfaces to reduce secondary pollution.
Full Automatic Washing-Filling-Capping: Complete automation with safety stops for power leakage, short circuits, low air pressure, and water leakage. Features precise filling to avoid spillage.
