QGF-120 Auto Hot Washing 5 Gallon Filling Machine Overview
The QGF-120 is an integrated automatic system combining jar washing, filling, and capping functions for 5-gallon containers. This industrial-grade machine features advanced PLC control and a comprehensive 4-step rinsing process for optimal sanitation.
Operating Principle
Workers manually load empty jars onto holders, which transfer through the system via gear cylinder transmission. The automated process includes washing, filling, and capping operations with precise control over all movements.
4-Step Rinsing Process
- Step 1: Hot soap solution washing
- Step 2: Disinfectant fluid rinsing
- Step 3: Recycling water cleaning
- Step 4: Pure drinking water final rinse
Filling & Capping Operation
After washing, jars descend via gravity onto an angle plate and are pushed under filling heads by cylinder mechanisms. Filling volume is precisely controlled through time settings. The capping system automatically sorts and applies caps from the loader.
