This integrated 5-gallon water filling system combines jar washing, filling, and capping functions in a single automated line with stainless steel belt conveyor output.
The automated process begins with manual loading of empty jars onto jar holders. The system transfers jars through three-stage washing: disinfectant fluid, recycled water, and pure water purification. After washing, jars descend via gravity onto an angle plate and are pushed under filling heads by pneumatic cylinders. Filling volume is precisely controlled through adjustable timing settings. Filled jars are then transferred to capping stations where automatically sorted caps are applied using cap pressing cylinders.
