300 BPH Barrel Bottling Machine Overview
This fully automated barrel bottling system integrates washing, filling, and capping operations into one efficient production line. Designed specifically for barrel water production, the machine achieves a capacity of 300 barrels per hour with precision control via PLC system and button operation interface.

Automated Production Process
The system operates through 36 working stations divided into three main processes:
Washing Process (4 Stations)
- Hot alkali water washing (8 seconds)
- Thimerosal washing (8 seconds)
- Clean water washing (8 seconds)
- Pure water washing (8 seconds)
- 10-second dripping period after washing cycle
Filling Process
- Barrels move 45 degrees via passing chain after washing
- Filling valve inserts into barrel via cylinder activation
- PLC-controlled filling time with adjustable settings via control panel
- Automatic vent returns excess water to pure water tank, reducing consumption
Capping Process
Filled barrels are pushed to capping position by barrel stop cylinder to complete the production cycle.
