Working Process
36-Station Automated Operation
The machine operates through three main processes with a total of 36 working stations:
- Barrel Insertion: 4 stations for placing empty barrels
- Rinsing Process: 4-step cleaning sequence (alkali water, thimerosal, clean water, pure water) with 8 seconds per step and 10 seconds dripping time
- Filling Process: PLC-controlled filling with adjustable timing based on liquid level
- Capping Process: Automated cap pressing and sealing
