Semi-automatic decapping and brush washing machine designed for 3-5 gallon water bottles and containers. Features a checking window and automated operation with capacity of 100-200 buckets per hour.
Operation Process
- Worker places used jar in decapper position with neck inserted into hole
- Foot pedal releases cap from neck
- Worker transfers jar to washing position on left side
- Close checking window to initiate automatic washing cycle
- Internal brushes clean container interior during pre-set washing time
- Optional heating function available based on client requirements
