Usage:
It is mainly an equipment designed for the automatic bag packing of the finished water in the 5 gallon bottle production line to keep the barrel clean and reduce wear. The gallon bottle can enter and exit the machine without the need for personnel to complete the whole process, The packaging efficiency is high, mechanized operation reduces labor costs; the packaging speed can reach max 2200BPH, which can save two to four workers and greatly reduce bag costs.

Features:
The frame part of the equipment is made of stainless steel 304 square tube welded and sheets, stable and sturdy.
The film is cut and sealed with high-quality heating tube with the alloy cutter head. The temperature control panel and the thermocouple maintain a certain constant temperature, so that the bag forming once the film sticks. There are 2 groups of cutting and heating blades including for body part and shoulder part.
The operation panel adopts a touch screen for convenient setting various parameters. The sensors of this unit have proximity switches, photoelectric switches, and magnetic switches. Various sensors input the corresponding signals to the program controller (PLC), and then the PLC controls the corresponding actions according to the established program to ensure that the bagging machine performs automatic bagging in a stable and orderly manner.
