This fully automatic 25T/H reverse osmosis water purification system features PLC control and is specifically designed for demanding industrial applications in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food processing, and electronics manufacturing. The system provides stable water quality with simplified operation, eliminating the frequent regeneration and cleaning requirements of traditional ion exchange systems.
Advanced Reverse Osmosis Technology
Utilizing semi-permeable spiral wound membranes with pore sizes of 0.0001 microns, the system effectively separates and removes dissolved solids, organic compounds, pyrogens, colloidal matter, and bacteria from water. Operating at approximately 16 kg/cm² pressure, the reverse osmosis process achieves exceptional purification performance.
