This fully integrated QGF-100 bottling line combines jar washing, filling, and capping operations into a single automated system with a production capacity of 120 bottles per hour. The automated workflow begins with manual loading of empty jars onto holders. The system then transports jars through a two-stage washing process using disinfectant fluid followed by pure water rinsing. After washing, jars transfer via gravity to the filling station where volume is precisely controlled by timed filling. Completed bottles proceed to the capping station where pre-sorted caps are automatically applied.
