SUS304 Plastic Bottle Washer Single Station 300BPH
This semi-automatic de-capping and washing machine features SUS304 stainless steel construction and is designed for efficient cleaning of used plastic bottles. The system combines manual de-capping with automated washing cycles for optimal productivity.
Operation Process
Workers place used jars on the right-side de-capper position, inserting the neck into the designated hole. A foot pedal activates the de-capping mechanism to remove caps. The de-capped jars are then transferred to the left-side washing station.
After placing the jar in the washing position and closing the window, the washer automatically initiates the cleaning cycle. The system features programmable washing time and includes an optional heating function that can be enabled based on customer requirements.
